YRG Series


An electric gripper achieving the highly accurate gripping force, position, and speed control that are difficult to achieve by conventional air units. The gripper is controlled only with one 4-axis controller RCX240. As the data exchange with the host unit, such as PLC is not needed, the setup or startup can be performed easily.

Electric gripper for high-precision gripping power, positioning, and speed control

YRG delivers gripping power control, speed and acceleration control, multi-point positioning, and measuring of workpieces, which have been difficult for air-driven devices. The YRG proves a flexible fit for a wide range of applications.

把持力制御

把持力を1%ごとに設定可能です。 ガラスやバネなどの、壊れやすい・変形しやすいワークを把持することが可能です。 爪の位置が変わっても把持力は一定です。

多点位置制御

ワークサイズに合わせ、フィンガ位置を任意に設定することができます。ワークサイズ・材質の混在ラインや段取り変えの多いラインの効率UP に貢献します。

ワークの有り無し確認機能

電動グリッパがHOLD 信号を出力します。ワークの掴み忘れ、搬送中のワーク落下を確認できます。 外部センサーが不要です。

メジャリング機能

位置検出により把持したワークのメジャリングが可能です。この機能を用いれば、ワークのどこを把持しているかを正確に判定できます。

ゾーン範囲機能

ゾーン範囲機能を使うことで、寸法の合否判定や斜め挿入が無いかを確認できます。

速度制御

速度、加速度を20 ~ 100mm/sec の範囲で1%ごとに設定可能です(シングルカム・三つ爪タイプ)。レンズや電子部品などの衝撃に弱いワークにやさしくタッチすることができます。

Controllable with a single controller

One multi-axis controller RCX240 unit can control all robot operations including a gripper (using a control board installed in the RCX240). Needs no data exchange with the host device such as PLC, so set-up and start-up are amazingly simple.

Combination with a vision system supports wide ranging applications

Even sophisticated systems can be easily configured by using the YRG series gripper in combination with a controllerintegrated robot vision "iVY system".
